Here we are, and that’s a good thing
The Gäste-Etage is located in Berlin-Mitte, in the district of Wedding. Central, but beyond the tourist streams. Here you can still partly experience a sense of an earlier Berlin neighbourhood. It has only been a few years since the area has gradually attracted more international and younger crowds, creating a vibrant, new scene. Trendy pubs and clubs and illustrious art spaces visibly add a growing appeal to the place.
For daily needs, medical care, etc., you will also find an excellent infrastructure.
Our trendy neighbours can be reached on foot (Prenzlauer Berg in about 10 minutes) or by train (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg in about 12–20 minutes).
Little side note from fall of Berlin wall: On the way from us to Prenzl’berg you will pass by the Bornholm Bridge (S-Bahn station Bornholmer Straße). This became famous in 1989 as the first open border crossing!
The districts known for their cafes, bars and clubs, the famous sights and all the other exciting places in the city beyond are easily reachable. On BVG you can find your best options for transport connections.
